WOODBINE - Parents and guardians are welcome to attend a lecture “Helping Parents with Four Year Old Children’s Needs,” at the Woodbine Public Library, 801 Webster Ave., at 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 15.
The lecture will be presented by Dr. Arthur Lombardo; a New Jersey licensed practicing psychologist with experience working with children, adolescents and adults. Lombardo is a New Jersey certified school psychologist who has worked in New Jersey’s public and private schools specializing with children of preschool and elementary school ages. 
The focus of the lecture will be the five needs of 4-year-old children as follows: self worth, communication, risk taking, care for others and learning.
